My Client, a market leading global financial services institution is looking for a REWARD ANALYST to join an expanding team.Duration: 6 Months
Start: ASAP
Location: Canary Wharf
Knowledge and Skills
* Graduate calibre/proven intellectual capability with supporting qualification (ideally CIPD or equivalent)
* Experience within Reward demonstrating :
* A knowledge of pay, benefits and compensation issues and related legislation and practice
* Good understanding of the company's business goals and objectives
* Advanced numerical skills
* Project Management skills and experience in contributing to the delivery of complex reward projects
* Advanced IT skills (particularly Excel)
* Strong presentation skills
* Basic influencing skills
Business Influence
* Good degree of autonomy in developing and managing introduction of initiatives in support of Business area strategy and input to overall HR strategy
Problem Solving
* Highly developed analytical skills
* Creative problem solving and decision making skills
* Ability to quickly identify and understand the key drivers of any given Business Area
* Managing a range of concurrent complex issues and often conflicting priorities
* Capable of managing self-sufficiently
Working Together
* Contributes to team/s as specialist technical expert within multi-function teams
* May provide day to day guidance to a team of Analysts on particular initiatives
* Management of Reward projects
* Act as technical coach to Reward and other HR colleagues
* Ability to operate in a matrixed environment
