Description
Essential Requirements;- Experience in project delivery and project management; strong coordination skills
- Technical expertise; solid understanding of network infrastructure environment (data + voice) preferred
- Self-starter who is able to drive activities independently with regional and global stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to process and organise large amounts of information, shape it into a concept/ proposal (e.g. site prioritisation & sequencing rules, site level exit plans etc.) and present findings to stakeholders
- Facilitation and consultative skills - ability to drive conversations, capture feedback & comments and seek for stakeholder buy-in
- Creative and Innovative
- Interpersonal and communications skills
- Collaboration skills and ability to work with remote teams
- Financial awareness
- Self disciplined and highly motivated
- Ideally previous experience from Pfizer environment
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience would also be preferential
