This major banking group is seeking to bring on board additional skills in it' IT Audit team by recruiting an IT Audit Senior Manager. Having gone through a recent restructure, the bank's corporate governance functions is expanding core teams and the IT Audit function have been identified as an area to be grown in order to better ensure a more effective risk controls landscapeThe successful candidate may have autonomous experience in Information Technology perhaps as a technician, engineer or IT Security consultant. As well as a thorough background in performing Infrastructure audits around Operating Systems, Networks, Servers, Firewalls and Databases candidates should maintain portfolio, personnel and stakeholder management experience.
Applicants with a specialist focus upon one or more pieces of hardware will be prioritised - A solid comprehension understanding of applications and operating systems such as Windows, Unix and AS400 as well as databases including DB2 and SQL is essential.
Financial Services experience is not essential for IT Audit candidates.
The opportunity to work in this team offers the successful IT audit candidate an opportunity to work across each of the banks core financial products ranging from Corporate banking to Retail and Wholesale banking.
