Description
Responsibilities:
- developing the system build processes;
- Curam Development;
- Performing software development (including coding and unit testing), quality assurance testing and support of user acceptance testing, where required;
- attending and actively contributing to workshops including those discussing technical designs;
- demonstrating a pragmatic approach to work hours, design and development requirements;
- realistically estimating duration of required development work;
- working with the Development Manager to ensure delivery of the agreed deliverables within agreed timeframes;
- performing regular peer code reviews to ensure code quality;
- continually establishing and nurturing development capability;
- coaching and mentoring junior team members; and
- performing other software development duties as necessary
