Description
Portland Resourcing is currently seeking a MS Projects expert for PMO and Cut Over Planning for a global client currently undergoing a SAP Template rollout in Europe.
Based in Brussels, we are looking for the following:
*Microsoft Office expert - planning of Go Live prep, Cut Over and sustain activities in multi country, complex project environment.
*Should be a MS Project experts and somewhat of a "whizzkid" on the tool itself
*Location will be mainly Brussels and able to travel to One site in The Netherlands
*5-10 years experience in project roles, specialist in planning and monitoring
*English speaking, Dutch would be a "nice to have"
*Available ASAP till end of Nov
Skills:
*Pro-active, project planning seniority, speaks "SAP" language
*Communication skills critical, hands-on, do it mentality, bring others with you approach.
Key Focus:
*Primary responsibility would be to build the Cutover Plan, coordinating the consolidation of the existing Cutover Plan, with the data collection, data validation, data loading, and training plans.
*Must be built in Microsoft Project.
*You would also be able to chase appropriate colleagues to drive line items down to more detailed tasks where appropriate, drive the identification of interdependencies, and collect effort and task owners.
My client is also not prepared to sponsor work permit or Visas for the unable to work in the EU.
