My client has an exciting opportunity available for an interim HR Shared Service Process Lead. You will be supporting a prestigious brand in a period of growth and change that will enable you to make a real difference to their employee experience and HR Service.
The activities within the assignment include process and transaction design and documentation, setting up workflows, data cleansing, writing training specifications and setting SLAs and KPIs. Experience of HR Administration processes and working on an HR Shared Services set up is essential.
You will support the HR Programme Manager at Workshops, ensuring the correct requirements are defined and processes are mapped accordingly.
This is a 3-4 month piece of work and the HR Shared Service will go live at the beginning of November so please only apply if you are available immediately.
