Management Development Consultant - Leadership Development, Training, Up-skilling - Contract Opportunity
Project People are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing, fast-paced Mobile Telecoms Operator based near Slough for a Management Development Consultant. This is a an excellent opportunity to join this market leader in a 3 month rolling contract capacity.

As Management Development Consultant you will be responsible for leading the programme which will look at the performance of middle management and to understand where managers need up-skilling. This is not a hands on delivery role, you will be designing the courses for trainers to implement across the business.
We are looking for someone who is able to drive the development and delivery of the Management and Academy programmes and processes, and who can drive improvement across all management. Covering between managers across multi-site locations.
Management Development Consultant
Reporting into the Head of Leadership & Development you will be responsible for:
- Design, plan and manage new management development programmes
- Design, plan and manage management induction programmes
- Design and deliver management 'Train the Trainer' programmes
- Working to KPI's
- Manage the Academy accelerator Programme, including supplier performance
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships, work collaboratively with the Head of Training and Recruitment to ensure all management development is "fit for purpose"
Knowledge and Skills required (Must haves)
- At least 3 years' in a similar role
- Understanding and experience of design and delivery of (middle) Management development programmes within a large corporate environment (preferably a multi-site environment)
- Knowledge of Management Development training models and proven track record of successful application
- Excellent communication skills
- Credibility at a senior level and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Proven consultancy skills
- Strong programme management and organisational skills
- Evidence of supplier and budget management
- Experience of senior group facilitation
- Proven coaching skills
- Commercial acumen
