Skills:
Experience in CRM processes and systems, committed to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Hands on in managing technical solutions, willing to understand and manage configuration of Salesforce.com and/or Veeva solutions.
Excellent collaboration and teaming skills including well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of people across multiple cultures and functional areas
Superb verbal & written communication skills (fluent English essential)
Strong business process design skills:
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
oAbility and willingness to work effectively under pressure and to complete the tasks required in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy
oCapable to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, varying in size, value and complexity

Accountabilities:
Business Process Consultant (BPC) will work closely with the key users and process owners to design, implement and deploy all relevant business processes.
oGather and document business requirements
oHelp key users to identify key priorities and understand impact of changes in the existing processes and solutions
oDescribe functional requirements to achieve desired requirements
oConfigure systems and solutions to achieve the desired results
oValidate the solution by design the appropriate test scripts, organize and support key users in the testing of the application
oSupport implementation and deployment of the requirements in the different organizations by:
Prototype and demonstrate our solutions for the business
Organize Train-The-Trainer session and create required materials
Provide hands-on support to the local OpCos
