Job Specification of Infrastrcuture (Network & Windows)
- Build, configure, install & support all office user infrastructure: PC's, Printers, Phones, Cabling, Standard PC software Google, MS Office etc.
- Build, configure & support Virtualised(VMware) Windows 2008 Servers for core applications: Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print, Citrix and all other specialised business services.
- Design, Configure and Support: Fully resilient MPLS WAN utilising Cisco Routers, Switches and call manager
- Design, Configure and Support: Security best practice, Firewall deployment, logging services, alerting, Vlans
- Configure & Install warehouse IT equipment: Routers, Switches, Phones, UPS, Servers, Firewalls, Thin Clients, Printers(Laser, Labelling & Card), Wireless Network(AP's and terminals), patch panel and device cabling.
Design, configure and implement: monitoring and remote management solution of all critical IT equipment and services.
