Job Description:- Coordinate phases of completion and workovers
- Generate recompletion recommendations
- Hydraulic fracturing, wire line, perforating, and coiled tubing
- Use artificial lift techniques to understand well performance optimization
- Use production reporting and economic evaluation software regularly
- Design facilities
- Enhance production of wells while lowering operating costs
- Prepare field reviews and cost estimates
Required Skills and Experiences:
- 10+ years of experience at an E&P company, primarily as a Production Engineer
- B.S. in Petroleum Engineering or similar degree
- Knowledge of artificial lift methods: plunger lift, gas lift, beam pump, etc.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and also within a group
