This company specialise in the design, manufacture and service of mechanical metering, treatment, control and application for a variety of areas within heavy industries. As the Controls Engineer the prime responsibility is to complete various aspects of the project to ensure that the job is completed on time and within budget. Working within the Controls Engineering team you will calculate flow measurements, write PLC codes, design control system, bench test, code flow computers and take an active role in the project from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have experience within oil and gas engineering company as a Controls Engineer but candidates with an instrumentation degree from another engineering back ground will be considered.

The Role:
*Controls Engineering.
*Working on long term multimillion pound projects.
*Designing PLC programs.
*Involved in projects from start to finish.
The Person:
*Degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
*Ideally come from an oil and gas industry.
*PLC control design experience.
*Knowledge of flow controls, ladder logic, Alan Bradley, ABB and SCADA.
