Huxley Associates are looking for an electrical design engineer on a contract basis to aid their client for a 3 month contract with the potential of being extended.My client is looking for someone with the following experience:
Essential Experience:
- PLC and HMI programming, (Alan Bradley and Siemen's)
- Motion control centre design using AutoCAD
The role:
- Attend specification meetings with customers, providing authoritative contribution regarding the electrical aspects of proposed projects.
- Design new circuits or customise existing circuits where appropriate, using the department's electrical drafting package.
- Select components for a design as appropriate to the requirements of the Customer.
- Write PLC, HMI and Motion Control software to accomplish the specified functions for the project.
