Description
Urgent requirement for experienced ITIL Expert, ideally with experience of the Telco industrya and a FLUENT SWEDISH SPEAKER. This is an opportunity to part a huge global project for a Global firm. You will play an integral part within this project and will offer international exposure.Must to have:
- ITIL v3 Expert or Service Manager/Practitioner in Service Strategy/ Design or Service Offerings and Agreements (SO&A)
- 10yrs+ experience as an ITIL Service Management Professional
- Has held recent senior roles e.g. PM, Engagement Manager, Workstream Lead, Senior Consultant, Service/Solution Architect etc.
- Has experience of best practice approaches for Service Catalogue definition, design and deployment solutions
- Has designed and delivered Governance Models and ITSM processes (specifically, SPM, FM, SLM and SCM)
- Technically competent in the design, development and implementation of ITSM toolsets (e.g. Remedy, ServiceNow, HP Service Center etc.)
- Excellent communication and written skills and interactions with senior management stakeholders
- Has been involved in planning and executing communication campaigns involving awareness and training initiatives within a Global organization
- Experience of Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs - from requirements gathering to execution and benefits realization
Good to Have:
- Technical knowledge/professional experience of development and test environments
- Previous Telecommunications experience and knowledge
- Stockholm-based and/or fluent in Swedish
