Description

Analytical:

  • Document business process flows with expected Service Level Agreements (SLA) for mobility inventory processes.
  • Via meetings and follow up, drive alignment with those processes.
  • Analyze and identify inefficiencies in existing mobility business processes, design better processes to solve the inefficiencies, and get buy-in from participants to adopt the new processes.

Operational:

  • Maintain an accurate global inventory of all company-owned mobile devices and accessories.
  • Manage the device spare pool inventory and reordering process, based on weekly reports of the current status of all company-owned devices and accessories.
  • Manage the project to follow up with users regarding their use of personal and company devices.
  • Evaluate and respond to requests for iPads from those not clearly qualified to get iPads or company-funded iPads.
  • Ensure that any company devices issued to employees who transfer out of company are retrieved and returned to company's spare pool inventory.
  • Ensure that any company devices issued to employees who terminate from the company are retrieved and returned to company's spare pool inventory.
  • Monitor turnaround on iPad requests and ensure that they are meeting SLA for that user group.
  • Monitor turnaround on company iPads in Apple Care and ensure that they are returned to the company within a reasonable time frame.
  • Ensure that company mobile device and accessory inventory in the warehouse is segregated from that of other divisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Experience redesigning business processes, and documenting them using VISIO.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Persistence in following up on open items.
  • Takes personal accountability for finding answers and information and fixing process problems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and VISIO
  • Cares about the work, and gets it done
  • 2+ years' experience redesigning business processes, onboarding people to new processes, and following up to ensure real life adherence to new processes.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with end users in a customer service, business analyst, requirements gathering, project coordination, or other supportive role.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months working at a pharmaceutical company as an employee or contractor
  • Mobility experience
