My client is a large global financial services corporation who have multiple contract vacancies for a Senior Fund Administrators in Corporate Actions and a Senior Fund Administrators in Trade Processing.

Senior Fund Administrator Trade Processing

Role Purpose;

To assist the Assistant Manager in the delivery of Investment Administration services to assigned clients, in particular trade processing, trade matching and settlement, security reconciliations and standing data maintenance, all within agreed quality, timing and output targets.

Key Skills;

Knowledge & industry experience within:
- Failed Trades
- Trade Matching
- Trade Settlements

*Familiar and conversant with Custodians and Brokers

*Excellent knowledge of Settlement Practices with Investment Operations - ideally - Crest, DTC, Euroclear, Clearstream, European Settlement practices, Far East Settlement practices.

*Excellent attention to detail

*Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at senior management level.

*Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

*Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines, taking into account relative priorities.

*Ability to identify and initiate process improvements preferably using Best Process Management techniques.

*Ability to monitor performance against objectives, through the development of MI and taking corrective action.

*A proven strong commitment to service quality.

*Proven ability to work independently and to motivate and influence others.

*Senior Fund Administrator Corporate Actions

Role Purpose;

In depth knowledge & industry experience within Corporate Actions
Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at senior management level.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines, taking into account relative priorities.
Ability to identify and initiate process improvements preferably using Best Process Management techniques.
Ability to monitor performance against objectives, through the development of MI and taking corrective action.
A proven strong commitment to service quality.
Proven ability to work independently and to motivate and influence others
Experience with Excel, Bloomberg, Telekurs is preferred.
