Description
My clienty is a global organisation based in the Netherlands. They are looking for a Senior Engineer to join a 3 month assignment based in Rotterdam.
Tasks:
1. Taking in managing new SBC infrastructure and operations of SBC existing infrastructure and the implementation of changes
2. Solving 3rd line incidents as well as troubleshooting and resolving prio1 incidents and problems;
3. Monitoring and reporting on the performance characteristics of the SBC infrastructure and monitoring and proactively manage SBC infrastructure
4. Coordinating and supporting project proposals and support the implementation of change requests
5. The candidate must be willing to run consignment services training
6. Citrix CCA certification, RES certification and MCSE 2003 certification and/or MCTS/MCITP 2008 ( enterprise ) certification;
7. HBO training either at least three years experience at college level in an enterprise environment
8. At least 3 years experience
Role:
A senior engineer in large SBC SBC infrastructure based on Citrix XenApp 5 (Or higher) based on Windows Server;
2. Experience with Citrix XenDesktop, XenServer and Provisioning;
3. Experience with RES Powerfuse version 7 or higher and RES Automation Manager;
4. Experience with App-V;
5. Experience with troubleshooting in an enterprise environment such as SBC: Performance, unreliable/unstable infrastructure, related to Citrix, Powerfuse, SAN, network or Windows;
