My client a leading banking group is looking for talented senior analysts/managers to work on a programme assessing and improving the group controls framework.
Working within a newly established function the successful candidate will be responsible for
- Leading stakeholder engagement for team
- Prioritisation of team workload
- Leading the documentation control environment
- Process mapping
- Data flows mapping and analysis
- Control framework redesign
- Presentation of findings
- As-is/to-be control framework business analysis
Those who apply must have demonstrable experience in
- Leadership
- Stakeholder engagement
- Documenting data flows and control processes - in a control project, Sox Environment or operational/process audit perspective
- As-is/to-be documentation and analysis of control framework
- This would suit candidates from a consulting/practice background
- Candidates from an internal audit/operational controls audit background would be well positioned
- An investment, wealth or corporate environment
