Description
Software Engineer required for a leading Aerospace company based in Cheltenham to assist with the development of PCB functional diagnostic Test Equipment.
Responsible for the development and support of test equipment for the functional test and diagnostics of a range of avionics products.
You will design and create platform software in C/C++, implement application software against test requirements, integrate application and platforms, conduct validation and verification activities and produce documentation.
Embedded C/C++ Software Design Engineer/Developer ideally with a strong understanding, working knowledge of Test Equipment Hardware, specifically Boundary Scan/JTAG
This new development will require an experienced Software Design Engineer with full life cycle experience that can bring ideas and expertise to advise and make recommendations and suggestions to achieve project objectives.
