- Locomotive Shop Foreman – Working within the Rolling Stock Maintenance Department. Key Person for minimising locomotive maintenance costs and utilisation of tools and materials. Important in ensuring workplace safety. Job Reference CRL 0021
- Wagon Shop Foreman – Working within the Rolling Stock Maintenance Department. Ensure maintenance schedules completed on time, managing relevant technicians. Key in ensuring safety standards. Job Reference CRL 0022
- Wheel and Bearing Shop Foreman – Working within the Rolling Stock Maintenance Department. Ensure maintenance schedules completed on time, managing relevant technicians. Key in ensuring safety standards. Job Reference CRL 0023

- Planning Supervisor Minerals and Cargo – Working within the Rolling Stock Department. Supervise Maintenance Planners activities, Assess Rolling Stock Maintenance Regimes and Preparation of annual budget inputs. Job Reference CRL 0025
