This privately owned enterprise organisation stands alone as the owner and operator of one of the most extensive terrestrial broadcast transmission networks in the world.  They manage transmission services for radio and television (analogue and digital) broadcasters and offer site sharing / co-hosting and infrastructure services to the telecommunications, emergency services and broadcasting industries Australia wide. They also have partner operations and affiliations worldwide.
  
As a 'Project Engineer' you will be be deeply involved in the below and therefore your experience must match the requirements:
  • Digital TV (ISDB-TB / DVB-T Transmission Stations)
  • Project planning
  • Design 
  • Digital transmission / broadcasting
  • Site surveys, inspections and commissioning of DTV equipment / sites
  • On-site installation, supervision
  • Planning and responding to network outages
Skills & experience:
  • Provide engineering support to PM's through implementation
  • External sub contractor management
  • Analysing spectrum
  • Health and Safety management (construction/high voltage/working at heights etc.)
  • A degree in Electronics or Communications
