Payroll Specialist - French Speaker - Contract - Dublin Ireland
Excellent opportunity has arisen for a French speaking Payroll Specialist with one of the world's most recognisable brands.
Responsibilities
- Processing of Company's monthly payrolls through 3rd party vendors in an outsource arrangement.
- Provide direct customer service to employees and internal partners with high quality, professional and timely responses.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and reconciliations
- Provide support for statutory and tax audits by compiling required payroll information.
- Apply Company policies and procedures as they relate to payroll in specific countries
- Apply country specific statutory requirement.
Skills
- Intermediate Excel ability required
- Manages and delivers to deadlines taking responsibility to ensure payroll is completed on time in full.
- Customer focused
- Strong communication skills, particularly by e-mail.
- Leverages Payroll partners internal and external to deliver results
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid analytic and problem solving ability, able to determine root cause to fully resolve issues
