Description
My Local Authority client requires a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their team with experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor at a very responsible level on both minor and major projects, effectively managing and coordinating cost, commercial and quantity surveying matters in both internal and external project teams, clients, stakeholders, Contractors including quantity surveyor duties under various forms of contracts.
Experience in preparing feasibility estimates, budget costs, cost plans and approximate costs, tender documentation, contracts and ancillary documentation.
