Based in Birmingham we are looking for an onsite Recruitment coordinator to work for an initial period of 3-6 months providing support the recruitment team. The suitable person must have experience of working in large corporate environments and manage senior stakeholders. Part of the role will be managing the CV's and candidate activity into the business ensuring the candidates experience a good journey. You will be coordinating interview request and CV/interview feedback. Please note this is a contract role and you will need to use a limited company or an umbrella service. The suitable person will have a solid recruitment background in an on-site, be aware of recruitment processes and be able to manage senior/corporate stakeholders.

You will need to demonstrate experience of the following;

  • Experience in organising interviews
  • Produce Reports based on activity, CV's in, interviews booked etc
  • Experience of large corporate company (on-site)
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders

Please note this role is being offered on a contract basis. Also please only apply if you have specific onsite recruitment experience as the client is only looking for people with relevant experience
