A fantastic opportunity to join one the UK's biggest private healthcare companies. My client is looking for financial promotions executives to help this market leading organisation.
Role:
*Primarily focusing on compliance matters relating to financial promotions on a range of FCA-regulated general insurance products and related sales practices; non-FCA regulated products and services will also be reviewed
*Development and maintenance of appropriate policies and procedures for financial promotions
*Deliver practical, pragmatic advice and guidance to the business on regulatory expectations
*Maintain excellent knowledge of FCA and ASA (and other) expectations for financial promotions, and be able to keep the business informed of future changes to the regulatory environment
*Taking on related responsibilities as required
Skills & experience
*Minimum 4 years working in the compliance function of a FCA regulated firm, with at least 2 years within financial promotions - general insurance business preferred
*Excellent working knowledge of FCA and ASA requirements for financial promotions, including TCF expectations
*Good working knowledge of wider regulatory environment including FCA handbook and information security, and how these impact on operational practices
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business stakeholders
*Adaptable and able to prioritise workload
*Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with the business to articulate complex rules/concepts in a simple, clear and concise manner
