Description
Our client is a highly innovative, government-funded organisation working to improve the Australian healthcare system by enabling access to high quality health advice, triage, referral and health information.
They currently require an Integration Architect to provide expertise and lead the integration efforts of multiple concurrent projects.
Key activities and tasks:
- Develop and maintain the integration architecture for specific business functional areas in compliance with the enterprise architecture
- Work with project teams and vendors to shape, design, and plan technical requirements related to the integration
- Assist in the development of formalized solution methodologies and governance processes and policies
Key skills and experience:
- Significant demonstrable experience working with integration solutions in a service oriented architecture including full SOAP web service stack
- Background in systems integration and exposure to agile methods
- Practical experience with security architecture, governance and policy in federated setting
- Experience managing a number of vendors and aligning them across architectural initiatives and delivery
- Significant exposure communicating with a range of stakeholders including senior business leaders and IT architects to understand and articulate their needs and constraints
