Description
A 9 month contract has arisen for a Systems & Database Administrator to join this North Side of Brisbane based organisation. Open also to candidates who are graduates with around 1 - 3 years commercial experience with SQL databases.
The Systems/Database Administrator will be required to undertake the following key tasks and responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration & configuration of applications including management of applications, data security, mobile management information systems
- Develop, implement & manage data including security, availability, data conversion, design, development and QA of the system
- Complex problem solve, creative approaches development and recommend system solutions
- Develop, review and maintain detailed user technical requirements
- And much more!
To be successful for this role you will require following experience and skills;
- Systems/SQL Database Administration
- T-SQL highly desirable or SQL Server is mandatory
- Data analysis & support
- Problem analysis & determination
- Proven SQL skills and experience
- Knowledge of data standards, metadata and database structures
- Strong communication skills
- Team work and able to work autonomously
