This leading and innovative organisation has an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Tester with solid Oracle BI/Datawarehouse background to join their team in Melbourne.
You will have proven ability in end-to-end and regression testing, including development of project documentation, test strategies, plans, risk assessments and project management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop individual performance and development plans that contribute to the overall strategic direction of Testing
- Develop strategies and test plans to meet application testing requirements and manage the delivery of a test project phase, in coordination with business and other teams.
- Identify and report on technical issues and collaborate on their resolution.
- Liaise with internal and external IT professionals
- Plan and design strategies to effectively and accurately test the technical aspects of integration services components, products and releases.
- Apply the relevant methodologies in all test management activities
- Select the appropriate resources to achieve quality business/service delivery outcomes and performance objectives, tracking the progress of testing against planned schedule.
To be successful you must have:
- End to end OBIEE testing including dashboard, enterprise reporting, scorecard and strategy management - this is mandatory
- Datawarehouse, Regression Testing, MQC, Automation tools - this is mandatory
- Defect management and Performance Testing
- Demonstrated experience in project management skills including test project planning, analysis, problem solving, escalation, and reporting
- Proven ability to direct and lead test teams through projects
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical advice and solutions and mentor teams, including the ability to negotiate and mediate as required
- Solid experience in producing technical documentation
- Strong experience in a leadership role
