A number of Systems Engineers are required for new large scale Contact Centre transformation project taking place in Sydney CBD. This is an all-round systems engineer role where you will be a go-to person for technical enquiries and issues throughout all phases of the implementation.
To be considered for the role the following Knowledge, Skills and experience is required:
- 5+ years experience in Contact Centre technologies
- Experience implementing/supporting/managing complex Contact Centres technologies
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP telephony
- Linux and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems administration and configuration skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse and translate requirements
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and tools
- Sound communications skills - written and verbal with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders
- Agile project experience is a bonus
- Scripting language capability; Perl, Java, XML or any other development experience.
