The Role
FinXL are an IT professional Services company with leading clients across the Banking, Telecommunications and Government sector.
FinXL are now looking to engage a senior Audit and Compliance Consultant who will lead Audit, Assurance, compliance and risk management activities across a large Service Management Program.
The successful applicant will have a background around assurance within IT controls primarily focused on Security, User Acceptance reviews and ITIL change Management.
The function of this role is to review the 'as it' policy and processes and look where improvement or change through various channels may be required.
Key skills and experience:
- Significant Experience within a similar capacity working at a senior level.
- Involvement in leading Auditing, risk Management and improvement to Service Management Systems based programs of work.
- Capability in implementing and monitoring IT controls
- Experience combining Management Systems Standards (specifically ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001)
- Strong ITIL service Management environment experience including incident/Problem management, access management, change management, capacity, release and deployment, transition IT governance, service management plans and more.
- Be able to work at all levels including writing board level papers around service Management and IT controls recommendation.
