Description
Multiple roles are available for OSS Developers to work with a large Multinational Telecommunication company on a major piece of work! Contracts will be for an initial 12 months however the opportunity of permanent is available as well.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver outcomes through quality contributions to Development and Testing of OSS software as per Software Development Process.
- Configuration and Customisation of 3rd party products.
- Produce System Test Specifications, Performance & Capacity Test Specifications, Test Plans, and other documentation.
- Support execution of System Integration Tests, Performance Test, and Capacity Tests according to pre-written specifications.
- Reporting results to the technical development leader/test team leader.
To be successful you will have the following:
- Product expertise across IBM Tivoli products, IBM TNPM, IBM TNCM and IBM SCO, HP SM9 and enPortal (Not required to have them all)
- Basic Defence Clearance is Essential. (Only Australian Citizenship is required if experienced with IBM SCO or HP SM9)
- Previous development and testing experience in OSS Integration and Delivery
- Confident ability to use of Software Test and Development Tools (such as Rational Test Manager, HP Quality Centre, Rational Rose, Eclipse, Defect Tracking Tools, Configuration Management Tools)
