Description
Responsibilities:
- To assume overall day to day responsibility for the Company's current compliance monitoring program.
- To undertake the monitoring reviews as and when required by the program.
- Pro-actively develop relationships so there is further understanding of the monitoring program and the contract role within the business
- To provide challenge and reasoning to the processes and individuals being monitored.
- To ensure the findings are evidenced and documented in an accurate and concise manner.
- Where recommendations are made to support and guide the business lines with implementation and ensure actions are tracked to completion.
