A leading Information Systems Consultancy with a number of major resource sector clients is currently seeking a Systems Analyst with expert knowledge in SCADA, Application Integration and MES for an initial 6 month engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of Australia's most sought-after Mining Consultancy firms. The company are rapidly growing and have recently expanded their operations in the West Australian Resource sector. The company are also renowned for their innovative, fast-paced environment and have recently won several long term projects.
The key duties of the role are as follows:
Development of functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements from gathered requirements.
Production of detailed design specifications and mapping to technical solutions
Accurate documentation of business requirements
Experience required:
Expert knowledge on SCADA systems
Experience with application integration and visualisation
Support and analysis within SCADA/MES related project environments
Working knowledge of autonomous train systems and technologies
Experience in control systems or rail systems.
Project based background in the mining industry in particular experience and knowledge in mines, rail or ports.
Candidates must have the right to work in Australia, possess excellent English communication skills and have a flexible 'can-do' attitude.
