Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Desk/IT support Analyst to join their team.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong IT technical support experience within an ITIL environment
- You will have strong telephone and email support experience and have worked in a help desk environment
- Experience working in a large environment supporting Windows suite of products, AD, Citrix, Telephony, mobile, IPads etc
- Having application support experience will be an advantage
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Identify and record the root causes of recurring incidents
- Experience working with SLA's
- Liaising with internal staff and 3rd party vendors
- Table change requests and co-ordinate Change control meetings
- Maintain asset and configuration databases
- Experience using remote access tools such as DameWare
- Strong documentation skills is essential
You will have excellent communication skills, have a passion for IT support and have a strong customer focus.
