Opportunity to join a leading Investment Bank as a Workstream Lead for a Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation within Credit.
Essential experience includes extensive project management skills, experience of managing large and complex projects, people management, influencing skills, exceptional stakeholder management experience, shaping project governance, implementation, change management, benefits realisation, strategic project management and driving business led change across multiple asset classes/business functions.

The role holder must successfully lead and manage the core workstream within the larger implementation of a new target operating model across all Global Banking and Markets sites.
Role holder will lead all activity relating to the implementation, overseeing the completion of a current to future state mapping of the operating model to each class of market in scope, whilst working closely with the Programme Manager to develop and maintain robust governance and reporting and establish clear roles and responsibilities for the project workstream.
