Computer Futures are seeking x2 ICT Service Desk Analysts to work for a market leading client based in the Taunton/Somerset area. You will be working in a very successful service desk team and provide 1st/2nd line support to a number of internal and external users. The ideal candidate will have a skill set to include as many of the following: Service Desk Analyst, 1st/2nd Line Support, SLA's, ITIL, Blackberry User support, VPN, MPLS Network, Windows XP in an Active Directory environment, Office 2010 and excellent communication skills. These positions are paying up to £20,000 and come with an excellent benefits package.
