Role: Compliance Advisory - Policy & RiskType: Contract
Duration: 3 Months
Rate: £500 to £600 per day
Location: London
A short term contract for a compliance professional to provide advice and guidance on Regulatory and Conduct Risk is available within the corporate banking division of a Tier 1 UK bank.
Role Responsibilities:
- Formulate systems, standards and procedures by providing technical input and developing procedures in support of the businesses' strategic objectives.
- You will be an SME in at least one of the following: ABC, BCOBS, Conflicts of Interest, DPA, Financial Promotions, MCOBS or TCF.
- Policy interpretation.
- Identifies and addresses compliance issues/risks at an early stage.
- Provide compliance input and direction to senior management.
- Analyse the policy/risks are being appropriately identified, assessed and mitigated.
Key Requirements:
Strong financial services experience
Political and Regulatory environment pertaining to Retail and/or Corporate Banking
Chartered Institute of Bankers or equivalent would be desirable
