Essential
- 3+ yrs experience business analysis experience within the Retail sector
- Strong experience within the Business Intelligence environment
- Minimum of at least one Oracle Integration project/ programme
- Strong interpersonal & listening skills; able to communicate with stakeholders, finance and IT
- Ability to lead change & proactive in issues resolution
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise & manage time
