PHP Developer - Manchester - £200 - £300 per dayMy client are looking for several PHP developers who can hit the ground running to join their software development team working on a complex B2B enterprise solution. The successful candidate will be working on existing applications and new functionality builds.
As a PHP Developer your main duties will include:
* Attending daily SCRUM meetings to discuss project progress
* Creating tests via PHPUnit
* Object Oriented programming in an Agile, Test Driven Development environment
* Attending cross-training sessions where appropriate
The successful PHP developer will ideally possess the following skills and experience:
* Agile
* Zend Framework
* OO PHP
* PHPUnit
* MySQL
* JQuery
* NIX operating systems
* UML
* SVN or GIT
In addition, the following skills and experience would be desirable:
* Eclipse
* BASH/Shell scripting
* XML, XLST
* C++, Java
* Perl
Contract Location: Manchester
Contract Length: 6 Months+
Contract Rate: £200 - £300per day
