My client, a nationally renowned and highly reputable banknig and financial services organisation, is looking for a Change Manager for a 6 month initial engagement, working on a large improvement project. This is an urgent requirement and therefore there is a need for someone with immediate (or one week) availability.

In order to be the best fit for this role you will need experience ideally in financial services, however if not, experience in a complex environment with many different branches. You will be taking over the role with plans already in place.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years Change Management experience
  • A pragmatic approach
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a large, complex environment
  • Great people skills and ability to communicate with many areas of the business
