Description
We are currently looking for an experienced project manager who will be responsible for managing the contact centre initiatives for a large financial services organisation. This will include planning and driving the continued improvement of the Genesys implementation while working closely with multiple departments, vendors, both onshore and offshore development teams to ensure projects are delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong solutions delivery experience
- Proven technical background
- 3+ years Project Management Experience.
- Proven Genesys project delivery experience is a MUST!.
- Large scale contact centre transformation experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in managing project infrastructure.
- Requirement and Scope management, Schedule and Effort management, Project closure and People management.
- Experience in working in an environment managing multiple vendors,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence diverse teams.
