Urgent requirement for a Solidworks Design Engineer in Surrey.
I am looking for an individual who can easily demonstrate their ability to conceptualise manufacturable solutions with ease. The projects are within specialist automotive however this background is not essential. The business is small with a family type culture where your input is as valid as everyone else's. You must be comfortable to get involved and adaptable to accommodate your teams need.
INNOVATION IS KEY!
Applicants must have a strong appreciation of basic engineering principles ie stresses, material selection, tolerances
Knowledge of Dfm, Manufacturing processes, cost, materials, feasibility
Metallic and/or composite fabrications and assemblies
Concept design through to production. (IMPORTANT)
Evidence of project ownership from start to finish is required and due to the nature of the work involved, you must also be eligible for SC clearance.
