Description
My client is looking for a hands on agile technical lead who has extensive experience mentoring and coaching a team in the adoption of agile techniques.
Experience of leading a transformation project is highly beneficial for this role. The right candidate will be driving shaping and executing the development of the project while leading by example being directly involved in all aspects of the project.
You must have recent experience in leading a team while being hands on.
Key Capabilities:
Java Development
All areas of agile development Practices - Must have experience leading and mentoring
Production system experience
Significant exposure to web development technologies
Significant exposure to platform-level development
Production system experience
