Payroll Specialist - French Speaker - Contract - Dublin Ireland

Excellent opportunity has arisen for a French speaking Payroll Specialist with one of the world's most recognisable brands.  

Responsibilities

  • Processing of Company's monthly payrolls through 3rd party vendors in an outsource arrangement.
  • Provide direct customer service to employees and internal partners with high quality, professional and timely responses. 
  • Prepare monthly accounting reports and reconciliations
  • Provide support for statutory and tax audits by compiling required payroll information.
  • Apply Company policies and procedures as they relate to payroll in specific countries
  • Apply country specific statutory requirement.

Skills

  • Intermediate Excel ability required
  • Manages and delivers to deadlines taking responsibility to ensure payroll is completed on time in full.
  • Customer focused
  • Strong communication skills, particularly by e-mail.
  • Leverages Payroll partners internal and external to deliver results
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid analytic and problem solving ability, able to determine root cause to fully resolve issues
  • Enjoys being part of a team that is continually seeking to develop its International
