NHS Physiotherapist - Band 6 - Neurology: Acquired Brain Injurt - Full Time - 8 weeks - South East: BuckinghamshireReal Staffing are looking for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to specialise in the area of neurology: acquired brain injury, including bleeds, trauma and stroke, for a full time 8 week locum contract, with a specialist brain injury trust in the South East of England. This role is ideal for any physiotherapist wanting to excell in the field of neurology and would be an acalade to have moving forward.
We are looking for locums with experience in the following areas:
- Neurology
- Brain Injury (acquired ONLY: Bleeds / Trauma, NOT progressive)
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Caseloads 18yrs - elderly
The locum role is to start on Monday 30th September 2013 and is for 8 weeks subject to the the Trust have permenent memebers of staff starting. You will be part of an experienced Physiotherapy team based in an acute residential unit. Anyone looking to persue this opportunity must be able to work autonomously and be completely competent and independent within the field of neurology and brain injury.
Suitable applicants must have the following criteria:
- Band 6 NHS experience
- Experience in neurology, brain injury, stroke rehab
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HPC registered
- CRB checked (clean)
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Car driver with own car
- Occupational Health Checks
- Mandatory Training
