Role: Interim HR Business Partner
Location: London
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Negotiable
I am currently working with a client, an NHS Trust based in the London area, who require an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to be responsible for progressing the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support, to ensure best practice HR management.
The successful candidate will work to ensure that division strategy is realised through its workforce.
Brief Duties
*To manage and develop an HR team establishing quality standards for the provision of services and contribute to the HR department's development plans
*To contribute towards the development and delivery of the Workforce Strategy
*To contribute to the annual business planning process with particular emphasis on the development of division, departmental and individual HR objectives, highlighting trends, areas of concern, targeted and accurate workforce information and challenges in delivery
*To lead with the Workforce Planning Manager on the development of division workforce plans in partnership with Divisional Managers
Requirements
*Substantial HR advisory experience, to have covered responding to ET claims, complex reorganisations, TUPE, complex grievances and dismissals
*Experience of successfully leading and managing a HR team
*Record of successful achievement in contributing to change as an HR professional
*NHS experience
*Experience of applying a business partner approach, working with managers to develop services and applying HR expertise to provide solutions to complex problems
*Experience of developing and implementing HR policies and training
