Sr. Generalist Recruiter

Duties:
- Work with Business Development and Sales teams to understand immediate and future consulting resource needs.
- Recruit a diverse background of Human Resources, Sales, Technology and business professionals
- Manage the recruitment life cycle, particularly the sourcing and closing of all candidates
- Market consultants to existing and new clients
Qualifications: For this position, the following qualifications are required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting in a fast paced staffing environment with a proven track record
- Expertise with Internet and Job Board sourcing methods preferred
- Experience with cold calling, networking, and prospecting
- Must be very proficient using Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Job Boards
- Organized and diligent with a focus on attention to detail
- Solid business and human resource acumen coupled with an ability to understand technology requirements quickly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to exceed goals with minimal supervision
- Good business sense
- Strong evaluation and negotiation skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
