My leading financial services client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Equity Compliance Officer to be a part of a key programme.
Key Responsibilities:
General compliance duties would include:
- queries from the business
- complaints
- exchange queries
- regulatory updates
- marketing material review to aid Litigation with data queries
- ad hoc project work
Key Skills:
- Previous Investment Banking experience is ESSENTIAL. You will not be considered otherwise.
- Previous experience having worked in a similar Equity Compliance role.
Location: London
Rate: £350 per day
Duration: 3 Month Initial
