We are currently searching for a Sharepoint Support to work in The Hague, the Netherlands for 1 year plus extensions. Our customer will first offer you a contract for 3 months. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client. The project is for 24 hours a week.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

Main Responsibilities:
-Register and manage incidents & problems
-Register and managing change & project budgets
-Functional Management and advisor of Sharepoint (eg first line support, incidents and change control, SPOC for business for site requests or designs, architecture and governance) in itself and in collaborations with other systems
-Supporting site owners, editors and users with hand-on advize and/or training
-Supporting ITwith updates and migrations
-Analyze requirements and translate them into functional design
-Creating and maintaining workflows in order to enable business to move processes to sharepoint and improve productivity
-Coordination of activities between operations and development teams within IT
-User Management of within Sharepoint.
-Prepare and facilitate trainings and workshops of Document Management/Sharepoint with users.
-Handover of application and technical knowledge to the support organization

Other Responsibilities:
-Agree and create document management guidelines
-Improvements and efficiency proposals and implementation of those
-Improve and maintain a structured way of work
