Description
We are currently searching for a Software cluster Architect to work in Noord-Brabant, The Netherlands for at least 2 years.
This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.
Main Responsibilities
Defines and maintains function cluster software technology roadmap
Collects, challenges, and documents functional and non-functional requirements to be addressed in software
Defines a software architecture by means of which the requirements can be met
Guides the software developers in the construction of software within the established architecture
Vendor selection for off-the-shelf software products.
Aligns fit of technical solutions across the clusters
Assessment of functional and integration risks
Education
BSc or MSc in computer science, mathematics, or electronics.
Experience
10 years in development of technical software
Plus 2 years in software architecture.
Personal Skills
Candidate should be able to work independently in a dynamic explorative environment
Robust personality is a must
Able to initiate, influence, stir
Strong analytical view combined with pragmatic attitude (flexibility)
Knowledge of patterns and anti-patterns
Team player
Good communicational skills (both written and verbal) and good knowledge of English
Networking
