Project Accountant - Reporting
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Accountant to work for a top financial services company in Bristol. This is a project based role for a qualified accountant to look at troubleshooting/controls. As project accountant you will be asked to investigate and solve complex issues.
Project Accountant responsibilities/experience as follows:
- Trouble-shooter/Fixer
- Big 4 (preferable) ACA qualified (controls focus)
- PQE in FS industry (experience - ideally Life Insurance)
- Proven track record of investigating and solving complex issues (some business analyst type skills probably advantageous)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to understand underlying systems data flows
- People person/influencing skills (communication with other areas of the business is crucial)
- Self starter
